Horizontal Sky Light Blue Wood and Resin Necklace

This beautiful necklace is handmade from a piece of wood and clear blue resin. The piece hangs from a 32 inch antique silver plated chain and beads. A silvered half circle element complements the shades from the resin and chain. Both resin and wood are smooth to the touch; they have been sanded using several different sandpaper grades.

The wood and resin piece measures 0.375 inches tall and approx. 2.5 inches wide.

Every piece is handmade. I don't use templates so each one is unique with a variety of resin and wood ratios. My process includes cutting, shaping and sanding the piece by hand one at a time. All pieces are made by me in my studio in Huntersville, NC.
