Morning at Mountains Wood and Resin Landscape - One of a Kind

This sophisticated necklace has been handmade from a cut of reclaimed wood and translucent blue and white resin reminiscent of a beautiful mountain portrait. A silver bar is attached to the top and hangs from a 30 inch sterling silver chain. Both resin and wood are smooth to the touch; they have been sanded using several different sandpaper grades.

The piece measures approx. 1.75 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide.

Every piece is handmade. I don't use templates so each one is unique with a variety of resin and wood ratios. My process includes cutting, shaping and sanding the piece by hand one at a time. All pieces are made by me in my studio in Huntersville, NC.
